So last week, I was the poster child for Weight Watchers. I got in my water. I exercised. I ate very few weeklies, and I even got in all my GHG's. I expected more than a 2-pound loss. Instead, I gained.
I gained .2 - practically maintained. GRRRRR, sooooo frustrating.
I'm certain that my very slight gain has a lot to do with the fact that I lost 6 1/2 pounds last week. And my body's just adjusting to me actually followin the plan for two weeks in a row which is like a miracle for me.
But I am still barelling on through. Here's to a great week with a loss!

You're doing great, Jess. I know it's frustrating to have the scale say you haven't progressed after a solid week of staying on plan, but maintaining your weight after such a huge loss the week before is a big accomplishment. Don't think of it as a gain; think of it as an average weekly loss of 3.25 pounds over 2 weeks.
