Today started off so oddly- my alarm went off for me to get up and work out, but in my state of half-sleep I convinced myself that there was no way I could work out this morning because there was something wrong with the ceiling of our house.Upon waking up 45 minutes later, I realized that of course *nothing* is wrong with our roof and I was still sleeping when I turned my alarm off, obviously. So I did not work out this morning, but I did fit in a work out this afternoon.
I went over in points but not by many at all- I had another bowl of rice after dinner simply because it was soooo good the first time around.
Tomorrow morning I'll make sure that I get on that treadmill :) I have a second alarm set already.


Isn't it amazing how crazy our thoughts can be while we aren't fully awake?
