I'm happy to be getting past this week. I have been sick all week with a cold and am just now getting over it - I haven't worked out since Monday. I shudder to think what the scale is going to say tomorrow morning.
I have decided to update this blog daily. For better or for worse, I need to stay on track and in order to do that I need to reflect on each day.
So here's to tomorrow being a better day - I do plan on getting in my exercise :)

ReplyDeleteI don't know if it will work for you like it has for me, but the daily updating has become insrumental in my program. For me, it is simply a journal with other tidbits thrown in. It really helps keep me accountable.
