I'm Totally Watching Good Eats Right Now. Best. Show. EVER.

Today was a super-easy day, food-wise. By dinner, I had only had about 500 calories (and a ton of fiber and almost no fat) and I wasn't very hungry, but I knew I would be ravenous if I didn't have a good solid dinner. So I had a 6" Subway sammich and I was le yummy.

Learning how to eat my sandwiches without mayonnaise was difficult, but now I don't miss it at all. I think it was more psychological than anything, really.

I stayed away from drinking my calories today as well.

I took the day off from exercising today, but it's back to the treadmill tomorrow morning.

  1. Oooh, no mayo at all? Not even reduced-fat/light? I currently feel like I could not live without mayo, but I always get light since it tastes the same.

  3. I started eating the sandwiches with avocado instead to get that creamy texture. It's yummmmmmy.
