I did remarkably well this week with my eating - exercising not so much. I gotta get back on that.I went out last night with my girls and drank- a lot- and ate- a lot. I had a platter of french toast at a Denny's-esque establishment last night after I had dinner four hours prior and I still freaking lost. Kinda makes me wonder how I would have done if I didn't go out with the girls.
However, it just proves that WW works... I can still go out and have fun with my girls occasionally and not blow it. I'm happy with this loss :) I had the best intentions with my eating last night, but after the third apple martini I was all over onion rings and hummus and pita with abandon.
It's a good thing I drink about twice a year (tops), huh?
