Planned and Ready to Go



It took me quite a while, but I planned out every single thing I'm going to eat this week- treats and all.

Never having planned out my whole week ahead of time before, I didn't think it was going to take so long, but I took the time to ensure I was getting a variety of foods while still getting in all my good health guidelines.

It was also quite eye-opening. I made a grocery list after a while because I realized I didn't have everything I would need to get through the week. I'll be heading to the grocery store this morning to pick up everything we'll need.

I stuck to my plan yesterday - got a really good amount of exercise and didn't go one point over my dailies. Hey, it turns out when you actually follow the WW plan how you're supposed to (as in, eating filling foods like fruits and veggies) you're not hungry. LOL, I wonder how many times I'm going to have to re-discover that fact before I start sticking to it permenantly.

Whatever, it's a learning process and I'm getting it. The rest of this year is going to be awesome :)

  1. Your careful planning is the smartest thing you can do. I'm sure next week will take less time. You're right that eating quality foods will keep you satisfied longer.
