It's Wednesday and all is well. I went through my weeklies and have dipped into my AP's somewhat, but I am still chuggin' along on my exercise. I have switched to working out on my treadmill instead of going outside, because it's just too cold and dark now.
The upside to working out on my treadmill is that I am now able to walk at a moderate pace instead of a low one (I was slowing down for my dad who was my walking partner before.) I have been getting just as many AP's in an hour when it used to take me an hour and a half. What what!
I'm aiming to eat no more AP's this week- I would like to see a significant drop, and I am thisclose to the "40 pounds gone" mark. I can do this!
