Day 3 of my exercise switch and I'm feeling good. I don't feel exhausted, which is le awesome.

I thought I would be super-hungry after I increased my activity level, but the affect on me is quite the opposite- I have only had 4.5 of my weeklies, and I'm not starving when I go to bed. It may be because I go to bed an hour earlier now, so I don't have that extra hour to feel snacky. I eat my breakfast at the same time each morning, so that hasn't changed.

I am going to have over 40 AP's this week. I am soooo hitting the 190's in two WI's... I can feel it!

  1. How early do you get up in the morning? I would so love to get back to a morning exercise routine. And I think I'm going to try to for at least 2 of the days that I am able to.
    Congrats to you though! Sounds as if you are doing super on this new routine!!

  2. I wake up at 5 AM, and I am out of the house between 5:05 and 5:08 (oddly specific, I know.) I go to bed at 9 PM.
