I've been doing well-ish this week. I ate all my weeklies during the weekend, but I made up for it with a good amount of activity.
I'm a little nervous... my class started started yesterday. My class is every Tuesday and Thursday for three hours apiece, and it is taught at my work. While this is insanely convenient, I'm going to be at work for 12 hours straight, twice per week. Blah.
I've taken a class like this before, and I was always ravenous- of course, this was before Weight Watchers. Yesterday I brought every single snack and meal I might need, and I felt fine! I actually ended up with 9 dailies left over, which I promptly took care of with some cheese, ice cream, and cashews when I got home. Yum!
I don't think this class will put a damper in my weight loss eating-wise, and I have shifted my days off of exercise from Mondays and Fridays to Tuesdays and Thursdays to accomodate the change.
Anyway, I'm not sure WHAT the scale will say on Saturday morning. I can only pray :) (And exercise).
